A doctor's note is required and it must confirm that you are 13 weeks or later into your pregnancy AND that you are approved for prenatal massage by the physician.

The next best gift to offer next to the gift of life is the gift of prenatal massage.

Pregnancy is demanding on the body and comes with its own unique strains and challenges. Prenatal massage helps address the discomfort of a changing body that is accommodating new life and makes the journey to parenthood easier to travel.
This massage is given in both side lying and reclining positions. (There is no lying flat on back or on belly here.)

I do not touch or rub the belly touching during massage. Only available in Kennett Square after 2nd trimester.
