Thai Yoga Massage on the table!

This practice incorporates whole body stretching, passive yoga assistance and accupressure lines to loosen joints, remove energy obstacles and improve blood circulation throughout the body.
This service is adapted for a massage table. You will remain fully clothed during your session. Please wear loose exercise eclothing that you can bend and stretch in.
This service is recommended for anyone who enjoys stretching, has a reduced range of motion (flexibility) or would like to experience some of the benefits of yoga but without needing to attend a formal class with other people.
