I am a sole practitioner and my work is dependent on being able to provide services to clients when it is convenient for them. Missed appointments rob me of income as well as rob someone else of a time slot they might have needed. Because I don't use a "subscription membership" method to prevent that kind of loss, it is important that booked appointments are taken seriously and that time (regardless of arrival) is paid for.

1. You must cancel within 12 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of your booked appointment time before a rescheduling will be allowed. 
2. I have intake forms I need filled out by you. This is so I can create a file to store notes about each session we have together and what was found, worked on or resolved. Please take them seriously. If you do not wish to provide basic medical information, I may not be the type of practitioner you are looking for.
3. Full payment or balance of payment for massage is due before your massage will begin.
4. Don't be a creep. This is a therapeutic office. Sexual harassment, suggestions or requests will result in the immediate interruption of your massage without refund and instructions to dress yourself and leave. I have the right to file a complaint with the local police department if needed. Not joking. Not interested. Don't test me.
5. My apologies to anyone this doesn't apply to. In order to be fair, the rule about pre-payment must be applied to everyone for every session. Thank you for your understanding.
